David, Markus,

While working on the Primer I noticed that the RDF Concepts document has 
no reference in the RDF dataset section [1] to the relevant SPARQL. I 
think it would be useful to have this link and also spend a paragraph to 
explain the (historical) relationship.

Also, the SPARQL reference in the Introduction is outdated.
