[Editors] Request for Summaries

Hi all,

I have an action [1] to draft a “What’s New in RDF 1.1” Note.  I have been putting this off for no particularly good reason other than my stubborn refusal to bend time.  I hope that there is yet time to pull this off if I act with utter disregard for my own self interests.

There is now a wiki page for this Note so we can collaborate on its contents and material at [2].

Could the editors of each document please add a brief summary of changes from either the 2004 version of their document (Semantics) or a summary of changes from earlier work (the serialization formats) to the wiki page?  Thank you in advance.
