I can’t find the specific commit, but all EARL reports currently reference <http://www.w3.org/TR/EARL10-Schema/> from 10 May 2011. Point 19 addresses the link to this group, which is public-rdf-comments@w3.org, so this issue has been addressed. Point 20 is on the reference to the EARL spec, which has also been addressed.
