I’ve updated the implementation report [1] by simply adding my own implementation with no assertions. Once some real implementations are in, I can remove that. In the mean time, the report is there with submission instructions and a description of the tests. I also update the local-biblio.js to have definitions for N-QUADS, TRIG, and DOAP (used in EARL reports).
