Ive put up a version of the semantics document using respec, which I will use from now on. It took me half a day to revise my old markup to suit, but it sure makes things easier. (Internal links are the only real problem, since the auto-generated section id's arent visible in the source being edited. If there is some simple thing I'm missing, send me a note offline, please.) The content has not changed since the previous commit, but I've done a little editorial reorganization to make it read better. It still needs some html cleanup under the hood, but I'm doing that as I progress. The normative semantic machinery part is now pretty stable, as far as I can see, so I think this could now be made into a working draft, if y'all are willing to do that before the rules are done. That will be in less than a week from now.
