WG Time on RDF Literals issue

Hi all,

I think we're spending a lot of time on the literal issue yet it is supposed
to be a time permitting work item. It would be a shame if more important
issues such as graphs were pushed out into a wg extension.

To be honest I'm not even sure what the pressing need is to change literals
in this way. I would vote for option 1 in the poll currently.
