Hello! Just to confirm we have a room booked for two days at the BBC, the 12th and 13th of October. The room is located in Media Centre, which is near White City tube station, in West London. We are currently arranging a projector, Wireless (although it will be on the BBC network - so you will need to use the BBC proxy to access the public internet), and various other things. I'll try to get a list of relatively cheap hotels in the area. Unfortunately, our video conferencing system broke recently, and there are no plans to fix or replace the unit, due to low usage. So all we could offer at DERI would be the usual dial in via phone and setting up some webcam connection. > > > > But this could be done anywhere, so a place that's quicker to get to than Galway probably makes more sense. > > > > Any other options? > > > > Best, > > Richard > > > > [1] http://www.w3.org/2011/rdf-wg/wiki/F2F2 >
