Leaving the WG

Hi all,

Unfortunately, I need to leave the RDF WG to focus on other areas of
activity within Talis. Thank you all for the opportunity of working
with you on the fundamentals of RDF technology. I will still be
working to realise the Semantic Web but it will be through growing
adoption and usage at higher layers of the stack.
