Boris, in talking about the name change today in RIF, no one had any
comments against the change, so let's go ahead and edit the wiki page.
Let me know if you'd rather I did that.  Once the commenters are
satisfied, we can go ahead and change the references from RIF and OWL
documents.  (RIF approved its publications today, but it'll be two weeks
before they actually ship, so we should have time to change the
references, if it's clear rdf:PlainLiteral will be proceeding.)
