Re: rdf:PlainLiteral

IIRC, I originally suggested rdf:PlainLiteral with capital P, so I am 
fine with that.

As for the restarted namespace discussion:

neither

xsd:PlainLiteral

nor

rif:PlainLiteral
owl:PlainLiteral

would make clear that this is in the end a datatype for
*RDF* plain literals... so, it would rather be

xsd:RDFPlainLiteral
rif:RDFPlainLiteral
or
owl:RDFPlainLiteral
...
in which case I just suggest to somply stick with

rdf:PlainLiteral

as suggested in the beginning.
