[announcement] RDF-star test suite

Hi all,

we now have a rather comprehensive test-suite [1] for RDF-star, including:

* N-Triples-star syntax
* Turtle-star syntax and evaluation
* SPARQL-star syntax and evaluation (query and update)
* Semantics

This test-suite is not complete (can a test suite ever be complete?), 
but should still cover most of the things we have in the spec [2] at the 
moment. Any feedback on those tests (as email to this list or as 
pull-requests) will be greatly appreciated.

We plan to create an implementation report page, based on EARL reports 
[3]. So if you have an RDF-star implementation, do hesitate to also run 
these tests.
