It seems to me that in your semantics the statement đ[α](t) = α(t) if t â B â T â Gnd means that the interpretation of any non ground term, including embedded triples, is mapped directly as a resource, regardless from its constituents. This sounds roughly âsyntactic predicationâ, namely the âsemantics of embedded triplesâ does not depend on their constituents, but just on their syntactic form. âe. I thought that was what this WG is supposed to define. If it is known to be "syntactic predication", then our work is (almost) done. If you are referring to the az-semantics of embedded triples, then it is *not* syntactic predication. The az-interpretation does not interpret anything in embedded triples as syntactic entities. IRIs are always interpreted as arbitrary resources of the domain, regardless of where they are in the RDF-star graph under consideration. Likewise, I do not think az-semantics is semantic predication, as the interpretation of the embedded triples is an arbitrary resource that may have nothing to do with the assertion made. However, possibly, a semantic extension of az-semantics can lead to something that supports semantic predication. --AZ does not match the translation into subject, predicate, object triples (which is semantic predication). âe. The one benefit that I see is that it does not require introducing a vocabulary that would "reserve" some URIs. In the Satisfaction section it appears that either a nor J[a] is defined for blank nodes. Damn, I sometimes used bold face T as if it meant the set of all terms, while it is in fact defined as the set of RDF-star triples. α should be defined on "B â T â Gnd". There is an unfortunate copy-paste error before the colon of the 1st paragraph in section "az-Satisfaction"("đ[α](t) = : T â Î" should be "đ[α]: T â Î" and the second item of the first bullet list of this section should have "B â T â Gnd" instead of "T â Gnd".
