RDF-star WG weekly meeting of 2023 March 16 agenda

Item 3 appears to be about the message [3] that I sent out to the working
group last week about working group process. Is the working group supposed
to vote on the proposals that I presented?

Then there is item 5, which is about WG Process Updates. How does this
related to item 3?
