Re: Scribes

There are some (possibly outdated) instructions for scribing at https://www.w3.org/2009/CommonScribe/manual.html and https://www.w3.org/2008/04/scribe.html.

Some groups have created their own scribing instructions such as https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/task-forces/conformance-testing/wiki/Scribing_Instructions and https://www.w3.org/2008/xmlsec/Group/Scribe-Instructions.html.
