Folks,

I made a list of WG members and marked if they have already scribed (if there is a number after then name, then these folks have scribed more than once). The names are included at the end of this email. They are in alphabetical order except for the ones who already scribed; I went through the past meeting minutes to get this information.

I suggest we always pick the first person on the list (sorry, Vladimir), with the next person(s) being the alternate(s). We will start including these in the agenda announcement. After scribing, the person moves to the end of the list.

I still have to put this list in some group-editable location… Also, let me know if I missed someone, or if there are any other errors.
