Copy of RDF 1.1 Repo

As it happens, I kept a local copy of this repository, and pushed it up to a repo https://github.com/gkellogg/rdf11-wg. You can see how an existing spec renders at http://gkellogg.github.io/rdf11-wg/rdf-turtle/ <http://greggkellogg.net/rdf11-wg/rdf-turtle/>, for example.

I spent an hour, or so, to get http://gkellogg.github.io/rdf11-wg/rdf-concepts/ <http://greggkellogg.net/rdf11-wg/rdf-concepts/> reasonably up-to-date, although there are some decisions on bibliographic references and some updates to do. The task is not too daunting.

At one time, there were some tools to export Mercurial commits to Git, which would allow a way of preserving the history,, if we wanted to persue that, but if we’re moving these to their own repositories, that might not be as useful.
