RDFa Working Group Launched!

Hi everyone,

Great news! Today, the W3C launched the RDFa Working Group:

This means that the RDFa Working Group Charter has been approved:

There are a number of administrative things that will need to happen
over the next several weeks, so please be patient as we make changes to
the mailing lists, trackers and wikis. We will send e-mails out
specifically covering what you may want to do over the next two weeks to
increase your involvement in RDFa.

Over the next 18 months, we can look forward to improving what we've
been working on so far and helping even more people with website
deployment and browser integration. RDFa has a good head of steam behind
it now. Together, I hope that we'll be able to make it even more
successful in the months to come.

This community helped enormously in bringing us to where we are today.
There is a tremendous amount of appreciation and thankfulness toward the
RDFa community from those in the W3C and from those that have
participated in the RDFa Task Force. To each of you that have tinkered,
criticized, provided feedback, written examples, authored parsers,
blogged, tweeted and talked about what is possible with RDFa with your
colleagues - we are humbled and and extremely thankful for your involvement.
