BINDINGS - correct to rq25

While checking processing of BINDINGS, I found that rq25 put the 
processing in the wrong place.  It should happen after graph patterns 
are done and before any query level processing (otherwise projection may 
hide the variables bindings is supposed to join on).  Fixed in rq25.
