  Dear all,

in reply to this email, and since I'm working in an implementation of 
SERVICE I'd like to contribute clarifying the semantics of "already 
bound" variable. It was not clear to me and I wrote an initial 
definition for it in [1] named "Certainly bound". Any comment is very 
welcomed.
