[TF-ENT] Fwd: Entailment Regimes Task Force

In fact, Bijan fixed the renaming of the page, but now I know how to
do it. I forward Bijan's email below because he also replied to my
initial suggestion, but replied only to me.

I also added a reference to Bijan's and Evren's paper.

I fixed it:

Basically, you use the "move" command at the top of the page to rename it.
