Thanks to Eric for scribing. http://www.w3.org/2009/sparql/meeting/2009-07-28 For those who were not there, take note that we're going to start "out-of-band" task forces on 3 of the time-permitting features -- entailment regimes, property paths, and basic federated query. The general idea is that people who care the most will devote time outside of our main teleconferences (welcome to setup alternate TCs and encouraged/strongly suggested to conduct discussion on the WG mailing list) to progress work on these features. We'll touch base once a month or so (more often as we go forward) on our main teleconferences to get status updates. Goal is to have something the group can review & publish in a WD as soon as possible. it's up to individual TF leads (Birte&Bijan for entailment, Andy for property paths, Simon S for fed query) to setup how work will proceed for these bits, though Axel and I will help where we can.
