Advanced warning - no chair available for Tuesday's call, call at-risk

I was wrong when I said I was available for our regular teleconference 
on Tuesday. I'll actually be traveling, and Axel has already sent his 
regrets.

If someone else would volunteer to chair I think it would be useful to 
have at least a short call to summarize the results of the F2F, but 
otherwise we will postpone and continue on the mailing list and at the 
next teleconference on the 19th.
