This is -- just to explain a bit, since a few people asked -- why I
marked WBS survey items either with a priority integer or as "don't
want"... In some sense, I'd like to have every feature in the
language, plus more. But we don't live in such a world. :>

Since we inevitably will either get into this state (where every
feature chosen requires something to not get done) or we'll run out of
time or we'll re-charter to give ourselves more time. In that sense my
WBS approach was the root of all evil: a premature optimization. :>
