Hmm... if there were any changes that really break our stuff,
we have some argument that they should have gone back to Last Call,
not just updated their CR draft.

So thanks for the work with the fine-tooth comb... if you're
inspired to do more, great; but if not, I can live with that too.

That's the justification I gave to the Director for considering
this dependency discharged. It has passed at least one level
of internal review...
