2. Next meeting, schedule to LC

DanC plans to chair next week, 24 May, despite travel
risk...
2005-05-23 lv MCI 15:18 ar ORD 16:45 Monday AMERICAN AIRLINES #1082
2005-05-23 lv ORD 18:30 ar LHR 08:15 Monday AMERICAN AIRLINES #66
2005-05-24 lv LHR 11:35 ar AMS 13:45 Tuesday AMERICAN AIRLINES #6504
http://www.w3.org/2005/05dc-ams/aa-ams-may.rdf
http://www.w3.org/2005/05dc-ams/aa-ams-may-cal.ics
http://www.w3.org/2005/05dc-ams/aa-ams-mayb.txt

Since I suggested this schedule...
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rdf-dawg/2005AprJun/0219.html
the ground has shifted a bit; I hope to have a revision
sent before the teleconference.

3. xmlAbstractSyntax

ACTION: KendallC to work out remaining details in sparqlx.{rnc, xsd, rng}:
expression syntax, order-by stuff (xmlAbstractSyntax)

KC seems to have asked to withdraw this action and postpone the issue.
I'll take a straw poll at least, and see if we've got enough data
to actually decide this week.

4. issue wsdlAbstractProtocol

ACTION: DanC to generate SELECT, CONSTRUCT, ASK protocol traces
some HTTP traces for SPARQL Dan Connolly (Friday, 6 May)
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rdf-dawg/2005AprJun/0208.html

ACTION: KendallC to ask WSD WG for clarification about HTTP binding of
WSDL2, esp lists of URIs

5. issue fromUnionQuery

ACTION: KendallC to draft protocol section on specifying datasets
(fromUnionQuery) including WSDL types and HTTP examples

DONE:
      $Revision: 1.36 $ of $Date: 2005/05/14 18:08:45 $
       http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/DataAccess/proto-wd/

ACTION: EricP to try out the "2 list of URIs" datasets design from
<http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rdf-dawg/2005JanMar/0440.html>

I'd like to see a few running examples FROM NAMED or named-graph-uri,
but maybe the rest of the WG is ready to decide?

6. issue serviceDescriptions

ACTION: Yoshio to edit saddle descriptions provided by KendallC

Let's see where we are on this one. KC seems willing to postpone.

7. publishing results format, protocol

ACTION EricP: to publish http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/DataAccess/rf1/ 1.25
+ editorial notes from DaveB

DanC might be more available than EricP this week. hmm.

8. SPARQL QL edits

ACTION: AndyS to define a term for abstract form of SPARQL query

note discussion of "SPARQL Query" vs "SPARQL Query string"

ACTION: PatH to internal review of rq23

I think this has timed out; I'll need to recruit him again
if I want this to happen.

9. issue: sort

PROPOSED: that http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/DataAccess/rq23/ 1.328 and
http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/DataAccess/tests/data/sort/query-sort-1.rq
address the sort issue
(I don't see any changes between 1.328 and 1.332 relevant to sort)

10. issue: valueTesting

ACTION: DanC to send comment on non-use of
<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-datatypes> to schema comments list

ACTION: EricP to propose a test re "x"^^mytype != "y"^^mytpe
progress:
http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/DataAccess/tests/#extendedType-eq-pass

ACTION: DaveB to work with EricP to clarify valueTesting proposal
