Wrong SOAP namespace

This is an editorial comment on:

  SPARQL Protocol for RDF
  W3C Working Draft 14 September 2005

  This version:

Section 2.3 defines a SOAP 1.2 binding[1]. However, the example in
section 2.3.1 uses the namespace of SOAP 1.1.
