rdql and n3 graphPatterns

Persuant to TimBl's assertion that SPARQL should use turtle for the
pgraphPattner grammar [1], I've created a place to play wiht the
RDQL-based syntax [2] and the n3-based syntax [3]. Thanks to Andy
for creating the grammars.
