Ultrawrap earl reports

I'm attaching the earl reports for Ultrawrap on PostgreSQL. We are missing
the hex and internationalization, which are coming soon. Additionally, we
will be submitting reports for all the other RDBMS (Oracle, DB2, SQL
Server, MySQL), hopefully by the end of the week.
