XSPARQL implementation reports

Dear all,

Attached are the EARL files of the XSPARQL RDB2RDF implementation report for both the DM and R2RML.  I included results for both PostgreSQL and MySQL however, for MySQL XSPARQL is failing 3 DM testcases.  Feel free to consider only the PostgreSQL results, I'm afraid I won't be able to debug the MySQL implementation anytime soon.
