Re: RDB2RDF WG agenda for 2012-06-12 meeting 1600 UTC

Please look at Toby Inkster's EARL reports.  He has 4 reasons for failing tests:
1. Has not implemented a feature (yet)
2. Some weird Unicode bug
3. Database does not support feature
4. He gives blank nodes a skolemized id where the test does not (I think this is OK)
The question is, is such an EARL report acceptable?
