It seems to me that if the user refers to a function in an R2RML mapping, then the user expects that function to be executed as part of producing the output dataset. So I don't see how it would be useful to let them refer to a function in a mapping, but leave the user responsible for running it. Maybe I misunderstand you or maybe there is some use case I am not thinking of? -David
