Obviously, any editing should finalize these for LC. These to do-s have been around for a while now, so we would also need a clear deadline on when these things are completed. We just uploaded a new version of the document with a complete version of Section 4: http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/rdb2rdf/directMapping/ The "to-do" items in the previous document were missing examples, which are included in this new version.
