Google “rrx:languageColumn”. 
I implemented this in the Perl processor: https://metacpan.org/pod/RDF::RDB2RDF::R2RML#Language .
It’s mentioned here https://www.slideshare.net/juansequeda/rdb2-rdf-tutorial-iswc2013 
Ultrawrap also had plans to implement the same.
