            Bug ID: 29998
Summary: [xslt30] [Editorial] Links to functions in F+O 3.1
Product: XPath / XQuery / XSLT
           Version: Candidate Recommendation
          Hardware: PC
                OS: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: minor
          Priority: P2
         Component: XSLT 3.0
          Assignee: mike@saxonica.com
          Reporter: mike@saxonica.com
        QA Contact: public-qt-comments@w3.org
  Target Milestone: ---

Section 8.4.1 contains a reference to the array:flatten function defined in F+O
3.1.

The source markup appears correct:

<xfunction spec="FO31">array:flatten</xfunction>

But the link that is generated is to the FO30 spec, and fails to resolve.
