A KindTest is not itself an expression (or a "construct"), it's only of
interest in that it forms part (sometimes the entirety) of an AxisStep. So any
impact of KindTests on streamability should be covered in the rules for
AxisSteps.

I've no objection to adding a Note, though I'm not quite sure what it needs to
say.
