Please observe that list item 10 under section 'K Changes since the Working
Draft of 11 May 2010 (Non-Normative)' is not in the list of 'J Changes since
XSLT 2.0 (Non-Normative)'.
i.e the text:
An empty xsl:value-of instruction with no select attribute is now permitted;
its effect is to construct a zero-length text node.
