           Summary: xsl:value-of missing from Change list
           Product: XPath / XQuery / XSLT
           Version: Working drafts
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: XSLT 3.0
        AssignedTo: mike@saxonica.com
        ReportedBy: oneil@saxonica.com
         QAContact: public-qt-comments@w3.org

Please observe that list item 10 under section 'K Changes since the Working
Draft of 11 May 2010 (Non-Normative)' is not in the list of 'J Changes since
XSLT 2.0 (Non-Normative)'.

i.e the text:
An empty xsl:value-of instruction with no select attribute is now permitted;
its effect is to construct a zero-length text node.
