There is something odd about point 21 in the checklist of
implementation-defined features (Non-Normative). It starts with a full stop.
. If the processor cannot output these components (months, days of the week,
timezones, and eras) by name for the chosen calendar and language then it must
use an ·implementation-defined· fallback representation.
