At its March 11 meeting [1], the XML Schema WG decided to move precisionDecimal
to a Working Group Note.
At its April 5 meeting [2], the XML Query and XSL WGs decided to close this bug
report with no action. It is possible that the WGs will choose to document
XPath/XQuery support of precisionDecimal in a Working Group Note in the future.
