Section 3 contains the following text as part of the description for the Expr
grammar rule:
After the comma, the expressions that have next lowest precedence are ForExpr,
QuantifiedExpr, IfExpr, and OrExpr. Each of these expressions is described in a
separate section of this document.
This list is missing LetExpr.
The equivalent list in XQuery is missing SwitchExpr and TryCatchExpr
