In XSLT 2.0 section 5.4.2 (and similarly for XSLT 2.1) the description of the
extensions to the static context for XSLT instructions/functions should include
the set of named output definitions, which is referenced by the
xsl:result-document instruction (and perhaps in future the serialize()
function).
