http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=4925 Summary: [XQX] Wrong XQueryX.xsd schema stored at namespace resolution address Product: XPath / XQuery / XSLT Version: Recommendation Platform: PC OS/Version: Windows XP Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: XQueryX AssignedTo: jim.melton@acm.org ReportedBy: jim.melton@acm.org QAContact: public-qt-comments@w3.org XQueryX defines a namespace for its use: http://www.w3.org/2005/XQueryX By convention, we have places an XML Schema at that location: http://www.w3.org/2005/XQueryX/xqueryx.xsd Through some most unfortunate oversight, the XML Schema that is found at that URI is a very old one, and not the schema that is documented in the XQueryX spec itself: http://www.w3.org/TR/xqueryx/#Schema I seem not to have privileges to change files in date space, but this is something that must be fixed immediately. However, the schema in question will have to be replaced once again if http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=4924 is accepted and the suggested erratum adopted.
