Thanks for the thorough rationale, it is surely appreciated when not being able to participate in the calls. (I was aware that the Context sections specify no errors and the part of my proposal that did introduce it, itched me. But considering that context properties are "global" and that when it is set from the external environment, it's not via the base URI declaration. That's how it ended up there when I wrote it.)
