Most of the suggestions have not been incorporated into the 2006-06 CR.

By the way, for the last one, you might also consider changing 'node' to
'<em>NodeType</em>' (and presumably in STA / rule 1 similarly). It doesn't mean
the same thing as '[[ node() ]]_sequencetype', but I'm not sure if that makes a
difference here.
