In the operator mapping table there are listed the functions

op:datetime-equal
op:datetime-less-than
op:datetime-greater-than

however in the functions and operators spec
http://www.w3.org/TR/xpath-functions/#func-dateTime-equal these functions are
listed with a capital 'T'

10.4.6 op:dateTime-equal
10.4.7 op:dateTime-less-than
10.4.8 op:dateTime-greater-than

This inconsistancy needs to be fixed. The other instances of dateTime in the
table appear to be correct.
