The XQueryX schema is publicly available at
http://www.w3.org/2005/XQueryX/xqueryx.xsd, and the XQueryX stylesheet at
http://www.w3.org/2005/XQueryX/xqueryx.xsl.  Each will be updated whenever a
new version of that file is created as a result of bug fixes, etc. 

The next version of the XQueryX specification will include in its introduction
a pointer to these two files. 

This should satisfy your concerns, and we request that you mark this bug CLOSED
at your earliest convenience.
