I think the interpretation used is pretty clear. I do not believe there is any indication that non-terminals are being part of the various objects being processed through inference rules, and I think that interpretation is used consistently throughout the document. Is there any specific part of the spec that you believe is broken on this? Or any specific change that you think would improve the situation? Thanks, - Jerome
