4.2.4 Abbreviated Syntax

Norm / rule 2
    Put "NameTest" in italics.
    And actually, it should be "NodeTest".

Norm / rule (1|2|3)
   Two of the rules have the RHS enclosed in [[]]_Axis, and one doesn't.
   For consistency, it would be good if they all did or all didn't. I
   favour the latter. (Note that the _Axis normalization is the identity
   for the three cases, so the two choices are equivalent.)

Norm / rule (1|2|3)
"Expr" subscripts
   Change "Expr" to "Axis".
   (4.2.1 / Norm / rule (7|8) already defined the _Expr normalization of
   steps, reducing it to _Axis normalization. This section should be
   defining the _Axis normalization.)
