Hello, I have some doubts/comments about the "XQuery 1.0 and XPath 2.0 Data Model" (the 29 October 2004 Working Draft).. 1) In Section 3 "Data Model Construction" its mentioned, "This document describes how to construct an instance of the data model..." Would it not be, "This section describes..." ? 2) In Section 5 "Accessors" its mentioned(the 1st line), "A set of accessors is defined nodes in the data model" Would it not be, "A set of accessors is defined for the nodes in the data model" ? 3) In Section 2.5 "Sequences" its mentioned, "If sequences are combined, the result is always a flattened sequence. In other words, appending (d e) to (a b c) produces a sequence of length 5: (a b c d e). It does not produces a sequence of length 4: (a b c (d e)), such a nested sequence never occurs" I would have wished nested sequences! I am curious to know, why nested sequences are not allowed in the language ? Regards, Mukul __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Check out the new Yahoo! Front Page. www.yahoo.com
