RE: [XSLT2.0] IBM-XSLT-119: Obligations for unparsed-text function

I have classified this comment as editorial, and I have replaced the two
occurrences of the word "obliged" in the specification with the word
"required", using RFC2119 markup.

Please confirm that this resolution is OK.
