SECTION 19.1: Creating Result Tree

Suggest that this additional attribute adds meaningful functionality.
A new <xsl:result-document>  attribute:
    mode = { append, rewrite, create } 
is proposed.  This attribute specifies how to construct and serialize
the output tree.
